For very affordable prices, you can rent the space that you need to hold your event right here in Marathon, Heart of the Keys.

At the Marathon Jaycee Community Center, you can choose from our spacious 3000 sq.ft. multi-purpose event room or our 600 sq.ft. conference room.

If you are planning anything from a large party, wedding reception, a dance, a fund raising event or any type of corporate meeting or conference, the Marathon Jaycee Community Center can accommodate your needs.

All building rentals require a deposit of $75.00 in the form of cash, personal check, money order or cashiers check.  Deposit is refundable after a complete inspection of the building, after your rental period shows no damage, the floor is swept and trash is taken out.

Cleaning Fee
A non-refundable cleaning fee of $125.00 will be added to the rental cost. This fee is for The Jaycee's to properly clean and mop after your rental.
